No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

The RL Canning Nexthink Experience Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by RL Canning, 8700 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., Suite 120N, Chicago, IL 60631 (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Nexthink.

3Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to registered attendees of Nexthink Experience, held Oct. 5 through Oct. 7, 2026, at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida (the “Event”), who are physically present at the Event when they enter and who are at least 18 years old.

Employees of RL Canning are not eligible.

Existing RL Canning clients are eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4How to enter

Scan the QR code on an RL Canning giveaway ticket at the Event and complete the online entry form with your first name, last name, work email, mobile phone number and company. Job title is optional. Submitting the entry form means you agree to these Official Rules.

• Entry period: entries are accepted from 8 a.m. ET on Monday, Oct. 5, 2026, when Event registration opens, through 8 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026. The entry form is available on-site only and will be disabled after the entry period ends.
• Limit: one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be counted as a single entry.
• Entries must be submitted from the Event. Entries submitted from outside the Event are not eligible.

5Prize

Number of prizes: one (1)

Prize description: a YETI Hopper backpack cooler filled with a selection of RL Canning favorites.

Approximate retail value: $400. This is the total value of all prizes in the Giveaway, which is less than $5,000.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable.

6Drawing and odds

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026, at 9 a.m. ET. The winner does not need to be present for the drawing.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7Winner notification

The winner will be notified by text message or phone call at the mobile phone number provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize by 11:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

8Taxes and employer policies

The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

Some employers limit gifts from vendors. The winner is responsible for confirming that accepting the prize is allowed under their employer’s policies. A winner who cannot accept the prize may decline it.

9Consent to contact and privacy

By entering, you agree that RL Canning may contact you by email about its services. Every marketing email will include a working unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days.

Your mobile phone number is used only to contact you about this Giveaway if you win. RL Canning will not make marketing calls or send marketing text messages to you based on your Giveaway entry.

Information you submit is handled according to RL Canning’s Privacy Notice.

10General conditions

Sponsor will not disqualify an eligible entrant except for failure to meet the eligibility requirements or to follow these Official Rules. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
