Starting with an in-depth IT assessment, RLC worked with Emperion to develop a clear roadmap for implementation, including:

- ITSM Implementation: Introduced Hosted ServiceNow as a modern ITSM solution to replace the non-existent platform.

- Presentation for Ownership Group: Equipped Emperion’s leadership with key insights and cost estimates to communicate to their Private Equity ownership group throughout the process.
